We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders [when stated on promotion' within New Zealand.
Free shipping is available only to New Zealand delivery addresses.
Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-sent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and item.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
