30-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
For approved damaged or faulty item claims, we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns where:

The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

The item is not returned in a resaleable condition

The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
